Affordable housing has never been more important. Since our founding in 1978, we have helped almost 10,000 people move into over 4,000 homes of their own in the Northbay area. Many of these homes made local living possible for families who would otherwise been renters or had to commute long distances to work.

Founded in 2011, awarded public charity status in 2012. We rely upon both private, corporate and public funding to serve veterans, at risk/high risk youth (teens) and bereaved young children. Spring Reins of Life 501c3 is a volunteer run organization. SRoL is the first program in New Jersey to earn the "Military Services Provider Certificate" since 2014.

Today, ICNC is comprised of over 400 member companies and represents the Nearwest side’s rapidly growing business community, comprised of over 2,000 small businesses.
