CROSSROADS KIDS CLUB

Crossroads helps churches (and schools) understand and navigate the nuances of a proper separation of church and state. The Constitution does not permit the state to establish or endorse any particular faith or religious viewpoint, but it does require the state to remain “viewpoint neutral.” In addition to Constitutional issues, Crossroads helps churches to obtain and understand local policies and procedures related to the use of space by community groups.

UofN Student Mobilization Centre of Youth With A Mission

The Student Mobilization Centre is a centre network of the University of the Nations (see also www.UofN.org). Founded in Richmond, VA in 1998 by four YWAM staff and professionals who met to pray together, the Student Mobilization Centre is today a wholly religious not-for-profit 501(c)(3) Virginia corporation. SMC now operates as a foreign not-for-profit corporation in New Jersey. SMC is thankful for the Lord’s faithfulness and we stand ready to serve as witness to our Lord’s commitment to disciple the nations, His desire to release a new generation of students in His work, and His faithfulness to all generations through the Centre’s multi-faced activities, in the years ahead. SMC receives no government support.

East Los Angeles Boys and Girls Club

An out-of-school-time site in the heart of unincorporated East Los Angeles, we serve over 2,000 youth annually plus another 2,000 through our non-profit partnerships. Our youth age range is 5 through 18. We do what others said could not be done, 100% of our teens achieve HS graduation in a community where 34% of adults have a HS diploma. Through our unique initiative, M.E.N.T.O.R. we focus on an individualized action plan for each child to fill the gaps by supporting them in their areas of need. We promote their social, educational, health, character development and vocational guidance. We strive to enhance the quality of their lives as participating members of a richly diverse urban society.
