Our unique hybrid model includes an ACADEMY, STUDIO and PRODUCTIONS that strategically positions BAYCAT to address academic achievement gaps, job training, and economic development needs that are amplified by the digital divide.

Ripple Effect 22 is a faith-based, youth-centered mentoring program, providing career focused, project-based mentorship that bridges the gap between uncertainty and discovering their God-given purpose. Ripple Effect 22 does this work through hands-on projects, workshops, education counseling, and skills training, while promoting parental and guardian involvement. These programs will encourage youth and young adults to be the catalyst of change and growth in their communities.
