More than 520 runners braved rainy weather for RAINN's 3rd annual Lace Up 4 RAINN 5k road race. With both an in-person and virtual component this year, the 5k event raised funds to ensure that survivors of sexual violence can access critical online chat services, 24/7, from the National Sexual Assault Hotline.

Byrd's Foster Group Home, Inc. is a non-profit foster group home for emotionally/mentally challenged boys and girls ages 10-17. The home is licensed through the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and is also Title IV-E approved. Byrd's also contracts with the Texas Juvenile Justice Department and Immigration and Customs Enforcement to provide services for the children in need of behavioral modification and housing.

The Mangrove Action Project (MAP) is dedicated to reversing the degradation and loss of mangrove forests. These unique coastal ecosystems linking land and sea, play a vital role in helping to keep our planet healthy. Mangroves once sheltered three-quarters of tropical and subtropical shorelines. Today, only half remain.
