COMMUNITY INVESTMENT CORPORATION, Chicagoland's Leading Multifamily Rehab Lender, is a nonprofit providing mortgage financing to buy and rehab apartment buildings with five units or more in the 6-county metropolitan Chicago area. Since 1999 over 14,000 landlords and managers have completed CIC property management training to help them better market, manage and maintain affordable rental property. CIC also provides below-market financing for multifamily energy improvements in the Energy Savers program. Our mission is to help San Francisco students finish high school and become first generation college graduates well prepared to pursue meaningful careers.
